My coach takes a very collaborative approach putting processes in place for me to work out about what my goals are, what the problems are and how I am going to overcome those problems. This trains me to think for myself rather than just getting the answers from others. He does give advice where required but I am enjoying the challenge of arriving at my own solutions once the general strategies are put in place. I will be more independent in the future as a result.

Since beginning business coaching, my focus has changed. My typical work day is completely different. Working on my business is now always top of mind. I spend about 50% of my time working on business development and growth; by that I don’t just mean bringing in new business but looking at the whole operation. I’m calmer! We were so lucky to have started working with a coach at the same time as we started our new business.
