Many business owners prefer individual focus to address their specific needs. For you we have personal business coach services, which is weekly or three times monthly. These meetings are of 45 to 60 minutes duration.

 

Group Coaching

Group Coaching that works for you!

Smaller and start up businesses will often favor the group dynamic as it is often more feasible and offers an inbuilt support group mechanism which new and sole operators appreciate. These meeting are usually twice monthly for 75 minutes.

 

Hotline Support

The best business hotline support in the biz!

We know from long experience that there are often times when an emergency or ‘bushfire’ needs urgent attention and can’t wait until the next meeting to be addressed. Our small business Support line 15 minute meetings are there for exactly this reason and are included as part of the coaching from Full Service clients.

 

Work Between Meetings

Work between meetings included with our small business coaching.

In all instances you will know in advance the meeting agenda so you can be prepared to get the most out of the session. There will be work to be completed in between meetings and we provide you with plenty of support reading, templates and examples to help you tailor solutions and systems precisely to suit your business alone.
